Copies of an 1830 request by Austin for more land along the Colorado River and an 1832 correspondence between Austin and José Mariano Guerra regarding continuing peace and stability in Texas. Austin claims he is loyal to Mexico and and calls attention to trouble caused by Davis Bradburn at Anahuac.
